
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment therefore we kindly request that you provide us with minimum 24 hours' notice by phone/text or email ASAP so that we can work together to find you another suitable time & allows us to fill the appointment time for another client.
REMINDERS
are sent to you 48 & 24 hours prior to your appointment so that you have time to contact us should you not be able to attend your appointment.
CANCELING
Cancelling on the day of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
NO SHOW
or missing your appointment will incur a fee of the full appointment cost.
RESCHEDULING
Can easily be done by logging onto Bonnie Brows appointment booking website or referring to your first booking email.
